Our Services

She Can When You Can't LLC provides residential cleaning, organizing, errands, shopping and pickups, and personalized everyday home support in Topock, Golden Shores, Mohave Valley, Fort Mohave, and Bullhead City, Arizona. Specific services, scope, and pricing are set out in the estimate or service agreement provided to each client.

Requesting Services

• Submitting a request or inquiry form does not confirm an appointment or a final price.

• Services are scheduled based on availability, service area, and the agreed scope of work.

• Estimates are based on the information provided and may be adjusted if conditions differ materially from what was described.

Payment

Payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice or service agreement. Prices are based on the approved estimate, hourly rate, flat rate, recurring rate, or written change authorization. Deposits may be required for larger projects.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations, lockouts, or no-access situations may be subject to a fee as described in your service agreement, because reserved service time cannot always be refilled.

Text Messages and Communications

By providing your phone number to She Can When You Can't LLC, you agree to receive phone calls and text messages (SMS) from us for service-related purposes, including appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling, follow-ups, and account or billing notices.

• Message frequency varies based on your service and your communication with us.

• Message and data rates may apply.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, address, access, and service information.

• Provide a safe working environment and timely notice of any changes, hazards, or access issues.

• Treat our team respectfully. We provide service respectfully and expect the same in return.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our services with care and professionalism. To the fullest extent permitted by law, She Can When You Can't LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
